My brother and I decided to make a healthy version of a very unhealthy dessert.
He got the recipe off a friend, and it turned out perfect!
It is the best, healthy indulgence I’ve had!
What you will need:
Box of brownie mix (gluten free-or healthy version preferred)
1 ¾ cup plain greek yogurt (you can use a flavoured greek yogurt if you want extra flavor in the brownies)
In a medium sized bowl, beat the greek yogurt and brownie mix together until smooth. Place the mixture in a greased, square baking pan and place in the oven. Use the baking directions on the boxed mix as usual, and that’s it!
This is an easy, healthier alternative to a very unhealthy dessert.
