Sunday's Breakfast

Good morning everyone!!
I hope you are enjoying the weekend!!

Today is such a beautiful, sunny day here. Unfortunately the cold came back, but hopefully not for long!
Still no offers on our home, but we’ve had many people view the house and they’ve all given positive reviews. The real estate agent that we’re working with thinks it’ll be any day now for an offer.

Today I started my day with a bit of a twist on scrambled eggs. I love spicy foods, and this morning I decided to put some hot sauce and hot spices in my eggs. They turned out great and my spicy food craving was satisfied!

What you will need:

3 eggs (you can use as many as you prefer)
3-4 dashes of hot sauce (whichever brand you prefer)
2-4 tablespoons milk (I like them to be very fluffy, but you can put as little or as much milk as you prefer)
1-2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions:

In a small bowl, crack 3 eggs and add the milk. Whisk the eggs and milk together, then add the hot sauce and spices. Mix all of the items together, and cook in a frying pan on medium heat while continuously stirring with a spatula until eggs are scrambled.

Enjoy!

I love how versatile eggs are with the many ways you can prepare them. They are great for every meal of the day on their own, paired with items, or even in a wrap. They are always my go-to food when I'm not sure what to make.

XO
