Sorry for the delay in posting tonight’s recipe!
I decided to make garlic fried steak for the hubby’s dinner. This is a very simple (unfortunately unhealthy) recipe that my hubby loves.
What you need:
Sandwich Steaks (however many you need- my hubby usually has 2 to himself)
3 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
First, season the sandwich steak on each side with a bit of seasoned salt and pepper. Next, heat up the butter in a pan at medium-high heat. Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and stir around until the butter slightly browns. Slowly put the steak in the pan. Fry the steak on each side for about 5-7 minutes (depending on how well done you want them) on medium high heat. Remove the steak and drain any excess butter on paper towels.
An easy, tasty steak that is perfect with any side!
I made pepper biscuits and a salad to go with my hubby’s meal.
The biscuit recipe will be posted tomorrow afternoon; they're to die for!
